1. How can I get information after paying for the shoes ?

We will inform you the tracking number as long as we get it. 

2. When and how can I check on my order status?

Normally, you can trace your package(s) in 3days .

3. How do I contact you if I have a question?

We prefer to be contacted by email(see contact us) or  via MSN.


4. How long will it take to receive my shoes?

It usually, on average, takes you 7 days to receive the package(s).
Sometimes the shoes are delivered faster.
Please note that 7 days do not include holidays and weekends.

5. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe)?

Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.

6. Can you reserve the shoes for me until I can pay for it?

Certainly, we will keep the shoes for you for one week as long as you confirm them via e-mail in advance. However, the shoes may be sold if we don't receive your payment in one week.
